Please note: Sthcute is not liable for packages marked as delivered or any theft after delivery. If you believe your package was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped?

We encourage you to double-check your address before submitting your order. Once your package has been shipped, it’s generally difficult to change the address, but we’ll do our best to assist! How do I make a return?

2. Prompt Support: Our team will respond within 24 business hours to assist you with your return.
3. Return Process: We'll process the Return for you and send the item back to our warehouse. If it’s not a quality issue, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

1. All returned items must be in perfect, resalable condition. If the item is worn, altered, washed, or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
